NKT for Humans

Each session begins with a movement/gait analysis, and may even include thermal imaging. A complex series of manual muscle tests are performed to identify and fix dysfunctions.

There are many techniques that can be used to release and activate structures: stretching, manual release techniques, self-releasing techniques, massage guns, etc. The power behind the NKT technique comes from ‘burning it into the brain’ with exercise to make the change permanent.

At the end of the session, the client is given homework assignments to maintain the work. Compensation patterns create bottlenecks in the flow of fluid or blood to the body, and are a huge source of decreased metabolism. Removing these bottlenecks can cause the client to experience dizziness or a sense of euphoria through a session with this increased efficiency in blood flow.

In the end, besides decreased discomfort, the client has an increased metabolism, improved breathing capability, improved posture, improved quality of movement and able to generate more power (ATP). NKT is a progressive process allowing the body to break through training plateaus. Many of my clients are athletes always running their engine ‘in the red.’ Some see me pre or post surgery to improve speed of recovery while going through PT.

Best results are seen on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Maybe on a less frequent basis if the client is working with an additional coach or trainer. NKT is good for many non-surgical issues and just overall performance improvement. NKT is training for the brain. Its Pivotal.
